At AquaTru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water purification system. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Pack Your System

  Carefully pack your AquaTru unit and all original components in the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
